Non-Returnable Items

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused

Return Process

   • Your order number

   • A clear photo of the item and any damage (if applicable)

2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions specific to the manufacturer or fulfillment partner

3. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

• We do not reimburse expedited or priority shipping charges

Manufacturer-Fulfilled Products

Many of our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party manufacturers. In some cases, returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer. We’ll provide clear instructions once your request is approved.
